The Tioga County Commissioners, alongside our staff and our partners at HAVEN of Tioga County, are wearing denim 👖 to stand in support of survivors of sexual assault.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month—a time to raise awareness, support survivors, and continue important conversations around prevention, respect, and accountability.

We stand with you. We hear you. And we remain committed to building a community where everyone feels safe, respected, and supported.

Tioga County is committed to supporting the health and safety of our community by providing free overdose prevention supplies to anyone who needs them, no questions asked. These resources are available to all individuals without discrimination.
Available Supplies
• Naloxone (nasal spray): Used to reverse opioid overdoses
• Fentanyl test strips: Detect the presence of fentanyl in substances
• Xylazine test strips: Detect the presence of xylazine (a non-opioid sedative often found in the drug supply)
How to Access Supplies
Individuals may receive supplies in the following ways:
• Walk-in services: Visit our office during regular business hours
• Community distribution: Case workers are available to meet individuals in the community when arranged in advance
