New Truck 1 arrived today. Truck 1 is a 2021 Rosenbauer 109 foot rear mount aerial. It is a new truck that spent a year on the West Coast on a demo tour. It is powered by a Cummins X12 coupled with an Allison 4000 EVS transmission. The pump is rated at 1500 gpm.

The first day of school is August 19 for Wellington students. This means the kids will be walking to school so watch out for them. The school zone speed zones will be active soon as well. Also the school buses will be out picking kids up. Remember if the bus has its STOP sign and RED flashers on to stop and wait. DO NOT try and go around them.
We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable school year.
