Have you paid your WATER BILL??
LATE WATER BILLS went out...

Pay your already late bill by FRIDAY, June 12th to keep from being SHUT OFF. There's a Payment Drop Box if you can't make it in to pay during office hours. Make SURE you enclose your payment stub, or at the very least write your name and address on the envelope so you get credit for paying.

If you are SHUT OFF, you will be charged a $50 Reconnect Fee, and you will be REQUIRED to PAY YOUR FULL BALANCE DUE at the time of reconnect to get your service restored.

Watch for a mailing that I will be sending out soon, with lots of important information included in it. There will be a letter from the Mayor, a city newsletter, info on the Library, a flyer about Clean-Up Days coming up, and many other pertinent things to note.

It will be in a regular letter-size envelope. Don't miss it!

After I mail it out, I will post everything here on FaceBook, and you can always come to the office and pick up a printed copy if you don't receive it for some reason. ;-)

📌📌 📌JUNE 2026 Dates to Remember:
🟣JUNE 5th - Water bills due by the end of day on the 5th, or you will be charged late fees.
🟣JUNE 8th - Weir City Council Meeting @ 6:30pm @ City Hall.
🟣JUNE 12th - WATER SHUTOFF for non-paid accounts. These already late bills MUST be paid by 8:00am on the 12th to avoid shutoff for non-payment and a $50 reconnect fee. You will be required to pay ALL MONIES OWED on your account to have service re-started.
🟣JUNE 12th - Municipal Court @ City Hall @ 8:30am
🟣JUNE 16th - NEW water billing cards go out for May water usage.
🟣NO COMMODITIES Distribution in June 😞
🟣JUNE 19th - City Hall CLOSED for this Federal Holiday.
🟣JUNE 26 & 27th - Clean-Up Days for Weir RESIDENTS INSIDE the city limits. See separate post / flyer for details. There will be dumpsters up at City Hall to collect items. You must present proof that you live inside the city limits (like your water bill). Please call during regular business hours if you have any questions: 620-396-8214
