Please help us welcome Rice Medical Center to the Weimar Area Chamber of Commerce!

For decades, Rice Medical Center has been a trusted healthcare cornerstone for our community and the surrounding rural areas. More than just a hospital, Rice Medical Center is a place where neighbors care for neighbors, providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare close to home.

Their services include a 24-hour Level IV Trauma Center, inpatient and observation care, advanced imaging and laboratory services, surgical care, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, swing bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, and intensive outpatient geriatric psychiatric group therapy.

Through Rice Medical Associates in Eagle Lake and East Bernard, their providers care for patients of all ages-from newborns to seniors. With many staff members living and working in the communities they serve, patients are welcomed by familiar faces, friendly smiles, and caring hearts.

We are excited to have Rice Medical Center as part of our Chamber family and look forward to supporting their continued commitment to keeping our communities healthy and strong. Be sure to give them a warm Weimar welcome!

Please help us welcome our 2026–2027 Weimar Area Chamber Junior Ambassadors!

We are excited to introduce this year's outstanding group of student leaders. These five young individuals were selected to represent the Chamber and our community throughout the coming year by volunteering at events, participating in community activities, and serving as ambassadors for Weimar.

This is the first year we have selected five Junior Ambassadors, making it our largest class and scholarship commitment to date. Upon successfully completing the program, each Junior Ambassador will receive a $2,000 scholarship, for a total of $10,000 in scholarships invested in our local students.

We look forward to watching these students grow as leaders, build connections within our community, and make a positive impact throughout the year. We are proud to have them representing the Weimar Area Chamber and the City of Weimar.

Our vision is to create a regional holiday destination that brings families from across the area together to celebrate the season and support local businesses.

Planned activities include:

🙋 We are also forming a **Home for the Holidays Planning Committee** and are looking for volunteers who would like to help plan and organize this exciting new event.
