The city is planning to improve the bridge on Randolph Street. The planned improvements include replacing the bridge and approach roadway and adding guard rails. Construction is set to begin Spring of 2027. For more information on this project please visit our website at

As our water project continues moving forward, water will be shut off on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8, 2026, starting at 9am on N. Adams Street from High Street to Mulberry St and from Mulberry Street to E. Park Street. This will be for apprx. 6 hours. We are hoping for less time than that, but plan for 6 hours. Also, these are the residents that the contractor knows will be affected. There could be some additional homes in that area, so please plan accordingly. The city appreciates your cooperation as we go forward with water improvements for the community.
