IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR Webster Summer Celebration
Saturday, June 13, 2026 - 4-10PM
EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE!

Thank you to our event sponsors! Gleason Orthodontics - Canandaigua National Bank and fairlife!

☀️ Food trucks and Bounce Houses open at 4 PM. Bounce Houses are Free - Food Trucks will take credit. 🍟

☀️ fairlife will be on site with free cookies and milk! Town of Webster, NY's 250th Anniversary Committee will also be on site from 4-8 PM

☀️ First Responders Park will CLOSE at 2 PM and the Recreation Center will CLOSE at 4 PM. Nearby walkers may want to consider driving…as you will NOT be able to cut through First Responders Parking lot due to Fireworks set up. 🚫

☀️ There is no shuttle service - you must walk from the Xerox lots - we have people directing pedestrian traffic! Our main lot is for Handicap parking and elderly drop off ONLY! ♿️

☀️ For any onsite emergencies look for the pop up tent with the RED WPRD flag on top. We will have fire, ambulance and police on site for the duration of the event, as well! 🚩

☀️ Event staff will be circulating the entire premise - you can find them in BRIGHT PINK SHIRTS! 🩷

☀️ DR. JEM on stage from 5:45-7:15 PM and ZBTB on stage from 7:45-10:00 PM 🎼

☀️ Bounce Houses close by 8:45 PM for safety reasons - please plan accordingly! 🤸‍♀️

☀️ Fireworks will go off at approximately 10:00 PM following the National Anthem. 🎆
