This job is performed at the South Central Correctional Center in Clifton, TN.
$24.62 per hour
Employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis and have the option to access up to 70% of their earned wages on demand, any day of the week.

The Correctional Officer provides for the security, care and direct supervision of inmates/residents in housing units, at meals, during recreation, on work assignments and during all other phases of activity in a correctional facility. You may have to employ weapons or force to maintain discipline and order. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
· You are responsible for maintaining order and security of inmates in a correctional facility.
· You must be able to work any shift, as you may be assigned to a variety of posts including, but not limited to, armory/key control, housing units, kitchen, medical, visitation, etc.

requiring criminal justice experience.
You may be a fit for this role if you:
· Have a high school diploma, GED certification or equivalent.

Credentialing Specialist Part-Time Waynesboro TN
Provider Credentialing Specialist
We are seeking a Provider Credentialing Specialist to become a part of our team working in the urgent care/primary care setting. Your main focus will be providing high-quality, efficient provider credentialing. You will obtain licensure and credentials from providers, verify past credentials, and ensure the billing process runs smoothly.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Enroll providers with the necessary payors and the clearinghouse to ensure claims can be billed correctly.
• Handle contracting, the revalidating of Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, CAQH, and any re-credentialing maintenance.
• Responsible for collecting and confirming provider information in order to process and file reports with accrediting and licensing agencies as well as maintaining a database of provider information.
• Coordinate with our billing department to ensure that processes are in place to detect non-compliant or questionable claims.
• Review clearinghouse and claims data for rejections. Identify and correct provider credentialing issues.
• Maintain, review, and update provider credentialing with all payors. Review prior credentialing applications for errors and correct as needed.
• Assist working denials due to credentialing issues.
• Maintain MODIO provider certification system.
• Maintain CAQH profiles for all providers.
• Update payor panels.
• Update insurance eligibility websites such as Availity and Trizetto.
• Assist with onboarding new hires with HR to ensure candidates have completed and submitted all required documents prior to onboarding.
• Ensures that provider medical licenses, board certifications, DEA and other pertinent information is renewed prior to expiration.
• Manages and maintains relationships with all payors to improve revenue.
• Performs all other contracting and maintenance needs required by payors.
• Experienced with MS Word and MS Excel, knowledge of HIPAA, ability to work independently and as a team.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Self motivated and able to stay on task.
• Working knowledge of healthcare insurance rules and guidelines.
• Understanding of RHC credentialing rules and guidelines.
• Must maintain regular and sustained attendance.
• Experienced with MS Word and MS Excel, knowledge of HIPAA, ability to work independently and as a team.
• Knowledge of office equipment to include fax, scanner, and copy machine.
• Excellent computer and data entry skills.

Schedule:
• Part-Time 20 to 25 hours per week
• Varying 8 hour shift
• Varying Monday to Friday

Education and Experience:
• Associate Degree preferred
• Certified Professional Biller or Certified Professional Coder preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in a medical office with experience in claims, billing, insurance, and medical records is an asset
• 2 years of credentialing required

QuickVisit Urgent Care is seeking a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist in Waynesboro TN for our urgent care clinics. As a Medical Biller and Coder you will support a culture of delivering the highest quality, most affordable, and accessible healthcare in the rural communities we serve.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Performs daily posting of payments. Reconciles payments and imports remits.
• Post & create claims to send to insurance.
• Must have experience working with and billing for Rural Health Clinics (RHC)
• Review and correct Invalid claims from clearing house and handle accordingly.
• Review Rejected claims from the insurance payers and handle accordingly.
• Perform claims follow-up by working aged balances in accordance of timely filing deadlines.
• Stays current with payer requirements for billing and shares best practices. Is involved with root cause analysis of denied claims and communicates trends and suggestions for improvement.
• Communicate with providers to resolve coding issues or when additional information is needed.
• Ensures process issues (i.e. incorrect data entry upon patient registration) resulting in denials and/or claim delays are brought to managers attention to bring about necessary process changes.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, staff, and other providers when additional information is needed for accurate code assignment.
• Imports claims into the clearinghouse and review claims to achieve clean claims.
• Processes and corrects insurance denials. Works Accounts Receivable account aging to achieve maximum reimbursement for services provided. Documents all efforts on patient accounts.
• Provides customer service to internal and external customers regarding claims and insurance processing. Works with departments to resolve and avoid denials and appeals. Collaborates with team members to make process decisions.
• Works with customers regarding billing questions.
• Works willingly and accepts assignments as given.
• Complies with the Corporate Compliance Policy and all laws, regulations, and Standards of Conduct relating to the position and agrees to report any suspected violations of law or Standards of Conduct.
• Complies with all applicable state and federal regulations and RHC standards.
• Maintains the confidentiality of patient, resident, employee and organizational information.
• Perform other duties as assigned
