Today marks the end of a very special era for Local 1620 with the retirement of Rob Caccia after 24 years. Rob has played a big role in developing the great culture at the Wayne Fire Dept that helps us recruit and retain quality firefighters. Robs fire service journey made stops in NC, Ecorse and Brownstown before finding his home in Wayne. He now moves on to his next chapter at another Fire Dept where he will no doubt bring valuable experience, knowledge and perspective to pass on to the younger guys there. We will miss you Rob!
