The Surrogate Judge Cassanova is pleased to announce our upcoming Self-Represented Guardianship Application Clinic, taking place on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. REGISTRATION IS A MUST!

This clinic is intended exclusively for members of the general public who wish to file a guardianship application on a self-represented (pro se) basis. To ensure the clinic remains focused on assisting pro se applicants, attorneys are not permitted to attend or participate as attendees.
The clinic will provide guidance on the guardianship application process, required court forms, and procedural requirements.
