I know a lot of families are looking for childcare. We have several options of highly recommended au pairs who can start as soon as next week. I am the Union County Childcare Coordinator for Cultural Care. I have helped many local families here match with amazing au pairs for childcare. (There are over 200 host families with au pairs in this region. I am currently helping families match for September-December start dates.
What is an au pair? An au pair is a college-aged adult who comes from overseas with a Government-issued J-1 visa, to live with a family and provide childcare, as well as help with other child-related tasks around the home such as laundry, cooking, homework help, light cleaning, driving to activities & more! They can work up to 45 hours a week including days, nights, weekends, and even school holidays! Our au pairs speak many different Languages (always fluent in English) and have several hundred hours of experience with different ages of children.
Cost & info: The program cost is about $425/week (per family, not per child) and that includes up to 45 hours/week of childcare in your home, the au pair's background check, references verification, our team of matching specialists to help you match with an au pair, au pair’s training courses in her home country, your au pair's flight to CLT, an orientation in your home to help you get settled, the au pair's health insurance, her weekly stipend/spending money, and year-round local support by your Local Coordinator (me!)
