Plan Forward Public Open House September 22

The Planning and Development Services Department invites you to review and provide input on draft recommendations for Plan Forward, a long-range planning effort guiding community growth, housing, transportation, and active mobility through 2050.
Plan Forward includes updates to the Comprehensive Plan and Long Range Transportation Plan, as well as the development of a new Lincoln Mobility Plan. Your feedback will help shape priorities for future investments across our community.

Lincoln is doing long-range transportation and mobility planning to identify and prioritize future improvements to the transportation network and wants to hear from you!

September 8 City Council Meeting Information Is Now Available

It was an eventful meeting, with the first half of the nearly two-hour meeting focused on Electric Bike, Scooter & Motorcycle regulations.

A second public hearing will be held September 22 to get public input on e-bikes, scooters, motorcycles, and related regulations. We encourage residents to attend and share their thoughts!
