Wanted Wednesday (9-2-26).....this announcement comes from the Department's pretrial caseload, Barbara Clark (pictured below) was granted an OR bond with conditions by the Court on 5-22-26. On 6-25-26 a motion was filed seeking to revoke Clark's OR bond due to alleged violations of her bond conditions. The Court then issued a warrant for Clark's arrest and this warrant remains outstanding. Barbara Clark has been charged with Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs and she is innocent of this charge until proven guilty. Fun Fact Friday (8-21-26).....adult probation officers are charged with assisting with rehabilitation and holding persons accountable. There are times when a person on community control (FKA probation) violates one or more conditions of their supervision, and in attempt to avoid apprehension he/she may hideout in their house. This cat and mouse game often ends with the person in custody for a longer period of time compared to the time imposed if he/she would have simply presented themselves for arrest.

In Ohio, the term of felony community control (FKA probation) of any particular defendant can span 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 years. Ohio law caps any one term of probation at 5 years.

This annual event will take place on October 3, 2026, during Domestic Violence Awareness Month, with a start time of 9:00am. Wanted Wednesday update....Justin Magers was apprehended on 5-27-26 and is currently incarcerated while his community control violation processes thru the court system.

Wanted Wednesday (4-29-26)....

Julien L. Rivera (pictured below) does have a warrant for his arrest due to violation(s) of his community control. If you see Rivera, please contact the Fulton County Sheriff's Office at 419-335-4010, x-8, or any law enforcement agency, and inform personnel of his location. If you have information related to Rivera's whereabouts, please contact the Fulton County Adult Probation Department at 419-337-9236 or by email at [email protected]. This warrant has been outstanding since 3-17-26 and it is believed Rivera is well aware he is wanted, do not approach....contact law enforcement. Rivera last known locations placed him in the Wauseon, Ohio and Bryan, Ohio areas but the warrant has been entered for nationwide service.

Fun fact Friday (4-3-26)....

Individuals who commit a crime and find themselves on community control in Fulton County are sometimes visitors to our rural community. In these scenarios an individual's supervision can be transferred to the County of their residence and in some instances to a completely different state. In 2025 the Fulton County Adult Probation Department submitted 29 transfer applications to other jurisdictions. Of those submitted, 24 were successfully transferred and 5 were denied by the receiving jurisdictions. Most of the Department's instate transfers land in Lucas and Williams Counties. Out of state transfers in 2025 included Michigan, Kansas, and Florida.
