Campaign Suspension Statement
After careful reflection, I have decided to suspend my campaign for Assembly District 82. This was not an easy choice, but it is the right one at this moment. I entered this race to contribute to the conversation about our community’s future and to offer a perspective shaped by decades of public service, mental‑health work, and civic engagement. Family and health considerations have played a significant role in this decision.
I am deeply grateful to everyone who supported me, shared their ideas, and believed in the importance of constructive dialogue. Although this campaign is ending, my commitment to Waukesha and to public service remains unchanged. I will continue working through the boards and commissions on which I serve, and I will keep advocating for thoughtful, community‑centered solutions.
Thank you for your trust, your encouragement, and your willingness to engage in the democratic process.
