💙Please join us in celebrating the life and legacy of Rosalind Reilly. 🕊

We were so honored when Roz's family asked if we would accept donations in her honor. Her family lovingly supported Roz (and one another) through her challenges and passing and remarked on how many people they saw going through this time in their lives alone. They understood ElderCARE to be an organization that promoted independence and autonomy, but also social connection, so that aging didn't mean alone.

We hope you enjoy reading about this incredible dynamo of a woman, all that she accomplished, and the many lives she touched. May her memory be a comfort and a blessing to all who knew and love her.

As our organization continues to grow, we're looking for a talented photographer/videographer to help us capture these authentic moments and build a library of images and video that reflects the heart of our mission.

Our RFP outlines the opportunity to create storytelling-focused photography and videography that highlights transportation, friendly visits, technology assistance, volunteers, and the meaningful connections that make our work possible.

Over the past year, we've experienced something truly exciting at ElderCARE Lake County.

Because of the incredible support of our donors, volunteers, community partners, and dedicated staff, we've continued to grow our impact—helping more older adults maintain their independence, access essential services, and stay connected to their communities.

Growth is never about numbers alone. It's about more seniors receiving the support they need to age with dignity and confidence. It's about families finding hope. And it's about a community coming together to care for one another.

As we continue to expand, we're thrilled to announce that we're hiring for two positions - FT Program Coordinator & PT Community Health Worker - to help us meet the growing needs of seniors across Lake County.
