Exciting progress continues at the Debut Development project site as construction enters the final stages and the vision for this project becomes a reality.

With major milestones now completed, we are getting closer every day to the next big step, closing with Culver’s later this summer. We know the community has been eagerly anticipating this announcement, and we are just as excited to welcome Culver’s to Hardee County.

These projects represents continued momentum, investment, and new opportunities for our community.

We love partnering with our local Hardee County Chamber of Commerce to help shape the future of Hardee County.

These Junior Leadership participants recently took part in a speed networking session, an activity designed to give students the opportunity to practice essential professional skills in a real-world setting. Through this experience, they sharpened their communication skills and gained valuable preparation for future interviews and professional opportunities.

The Development Group was proud to be part of this event.

Exciting things are taking shape in Hardee County!🚧

The Manufacturing Hub planned for Phase II of Commerce Park is moving forward, made possible by a $6 million Florida Job Growth Grant Fund award.

This 30,000-square-foot warehouse is being designed with flexibility in mind, allowing space for either two smaller tenants or one larger user.

Currently in the design phase, this project represents another major step toward supporting future manufacturing growth and creating new economic opportunities for our community.
