The City of Watsonville Parks and Community Services Department is seeking artists, arts organizations and community groups for their 2026 Watsonville Strawberry Festival Art Activation Program.

Up to $5,000 in funding available for selected hands-on art projects that allow attendees to create artwork throughout the festival weekend. 

The City is particularly interested in projects that:

🍓 Align with the spirit and theme of the Watsonville Strawberry Festival

🍓 Engage a large and diverse segment of the community

🍓 Celebrate Watsonville’s culture, creativity, and agricultural heritage

🍓 Create a lasting community benefit
