Score Big with Attendance! Our first All in for Attendance day is this Monday. We can't wait to see our students in their favorite Hispanic or Latin American soccer jerseys! The goal: 98% attendance at every school. We can do this!

Mariners, it’s time for Back to School Night! Join us this Thursday, September 10 for an evening full of community spirit, campus updates, and classroom visits.

5:00 PM - 5:45 PM: Mariner Community Fair (Quad) - Food trucks, Spirit Wear, Athletics, ASB, Counselors, Boosters, Yearbook & more!

5:45 PM - 5:50 PM: Aptos High Chamber Choir Performance
5:50 PM - 5:53 PM: Principal & ASB President Welcome
6:00 PM - 7:53 PM: Classroom Visits (Period 1 through Period 7)

Tip: Ask your student for a copy of their 1st–7th period schedule before you arrive!

September is Attendance Awareness Month and we are kicking it off with our 2026-27 Attendance Campaign: Show up! Believe it! Achieve it! Be on the lookout for lawn signs across our community to remind our students that when they show up they can achieve so much!

Moving Forward Together!

Great news for our schools! Pajaro Valley Unified School District and the Pajaro Valley Federation of Teachers (PVFT) have officially reached a tentative agreement!

After months of hard work and collaboration, we are celebrating this major milestone together. This agreement honors our dedicated educators, strengthens our schools, and puts our kids first.

Now, we channel all our energy right back where it belongs: supporting our classrooms, empowering our teachers, and ensuring every child thrives.
