Oconee County Clerk of Courts - Angela Elder-Johnson, Clerk Angela Elder-Johnson, Clerk of Superior, Magistrate and Juvenile Courts The Clerk of Court has oversight over the Board of Equalization .

The Clerk of Court is an elected position serving Superior, Magistrate and Juvenile courts in Oconee County. The Clerk and Deputy Clerks are custodians over the land and property records of the county as well as the civil and criminal file and records in the courts served. The Clerk of Courts also handles the selection of Juries for Criminal and Civil Trails along with Grand Juries.
