- Mobile and Manufactured Home Replacement Funds are now available in Steuben, Chemung, and Schuyler Counties.

Arbor Housing and Development currently has Mobile and Manufactured Home Replacement funds available from New York State Homes & Community Renewal (applicants must own the land).

- ACCESS To HOME Funds Available in Steuben, Chemung, and Schuyler Counties

Arbor Housing and Development currently has ACCESS To HOME, ACCESS TO HOME for Heroes, and ACCESS To HOME for Medicaid funds available from New York State Homes & Community Renewal for Chemung, Schuyler, and Steuben Counties. Program is designed for disabled and elderly Homeowners, including Veterans and Medicaid recipients. Repairs must be for accessibility and home modifications (ramps/lifts/doorways; also hearing or sight impaired modifications). Applicants must meet income and eligibility guidelines.

- NYS HOME Manufactured Housing Replacement Funds Available in Chemung County

Arbor Housing and Development currently has Mobile and Manufactured Housing Replacement Funds available from
New York State Homes & Community Renewal for mobile and manufactured homeowners living in Chemung County. Must own the land.

- NYS Vacant Rental Program (VRP)

Arbor Housing & Development currently has Vacant Rental Program funds from New York State Homes & Community Renewal to support critical repairs and rehabilitation for 20 vacant units to house low in-income renters throughout Steuben, Schuyler & Chemung counties (excluding the City of Elmira). Funding will be used to provide struggling local landlords with health and safety improvements, correction of code violations, access and egress improvements, and environmental remediation.
