Today we had the honor of hosting a visit from members of the Land Forces Technical Staff Program at Canada's Royal Military College. For most of our guests this was their first experience with cannon and mortar manufacturing. Special thanks to members of the Watervliet Arsenal and Benet Labs staff who helped lead this visit.

On Thursday, May 10, Advanced Manufacturing Technology students were recognized for their work on the 17 capstone models built over the past year. This year's model was the Titan 3E Missile that was used to launch the Voyager 1 spacecraft in 1977. The class fabricated the launch pad and missile at 1:40th scale and the Voyager model is 1:16th scale.
