This month marks 10 years of employment with Douglas County!

A lot has changed since I started in the prosecutor’s office in 2016, but one thing that remains the same is my passion for the local court system.

It would be an honor to continue serving our county as your Douglas County Clerk.

Thank you to everyone that stopped by our booth and said hello during the NCW Fair! We saw many familiar faces and got to meet new people as well.

The kids had a great time showing their pigs and running around the huge carnival! We spent our time bouncing around from the booth, to the Lion’s Club booth, to the livestock sale and to the grandstands for clean up with the Waterville Swim Team!

Another successful fair weekend in the books!

VAS is a non-profit organization that provides free civil legal aid to low income residents of both Chelan and Douglas counties. They play an important role in promoting access to justice in our valley.

Today I want to say THANK YOU to all the friends, family and supporters of my campaign. Your voice was heard, you made a difference and I'm truly grateful. The results from the primary election are out, and they are very encouraging! Let's keep this momentum rolling! We still have work to do, but I'm feeling motivated. Today and always, it's an honor to serve as your Douglas County Clerk!

To be selected by my peers (elected and appointed county clerks across the state) as the 2026-2027 president of the Washington State Association of County Clerks is truly an honor.

This is more than a title. This position helps keep Douglas County on the cutting edge of the latest legislation, training and technology.

Fun fact: The last recorded Douglas County Clerk to serve as WSACC President was Hilda Gormley in 1955!

Waterville Days is back!

There is something special about walking a parade in your hometown surrounded by friends and family. The support is truly humbling.
