The Pageant is open to young ladies in grades 1-4 that are of Irish descent (limited to first ten registrants) and takes place just before the Miss Ireland Pageant.

Miss Ireland will win a Scholarship of $1,500 & the first runner up will win a Scholarship of $1,000.

Academic Scholarships in the amount of $2,000 will be awarded to high school and current college students in Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence Counties.

Separate $2,000 scholarships awarded to seniors enrolled in a Vocational-Technical program.
