Donut Day is November 15th - orders can be picked up at Trav's Outfitter starting at 7:30am & we deliver for 3+ dozen orders. All funds raised go toward our youth programs in the community - like the Kiwanis Splash Pad!

Watertown Kiwanis Club had an EXCELLENT program with the Human Service Agency today called Hidden in Plain Site about drug prevention and early action. It was very eye opening and very educational for our members, and we really appreciate when HSA visits us to keep our club informed! Some resources HSA wants everyone to be aware of include:

ITS KRIPSY KREME TIME 🥯 Watertown Kiwanis Club is back with our most popular fundraiser & the SWEETEST way to support a ton of great youth programs in the Watertown area. Pre-Order TODAY (or by November 6th!) - donut delivery & pick-up is November 15th at Trav's Outfitter! All donut sales & Kiwanis fundraising go toward supporting youth programming in the Watertown area. We will soon be working on our annual funding for snowpants and boots for the Watertown School District 14-4. The best part of enjoying your Krispy Kreme donuts is knowing you're supporting great causes in our area!

Kiwanis hosted a special guest Monday, John Stiegelmeier, Retired SDSU Football Coach and National Champion. As usual, Coach Stiegelmeier is very humble on his career and team’s accomplishments, but always delivers an inspiring message for his audience. He showcased the 2022 National Championship trophy and his champion ring, but stated while these accomplishments may be a true highlight in someone’s life, it shouldn’t be the end goal. A national championship only shows what is possible. He wants his players and fans to now ask how can you take those same efforts to act like a national champion off the field for your employer, your attitude, your spouse, your family, and all other aspects of your life.

He believes we were put on this earth to invest in each other. He accepts speaking opportunities because he recognizes that is his way to make a difference, and he thinks its everyone’s responsibility to identify their way that they can make a difference. This aligns so well with the Kiwanis mission! Well said Coach Stig – Thanks for joining us and challenging us all to act like national champions.

Calling SDSU fans! - Come join Kiwanis at our Membership Info lunch this Monday, August 28th @ 12:00pm on the Landing at the The Goss Opera House. Our featured program will be John Stigelmeier, Retired SDSU Football Coach, who always shares a great message that can be used both on and off the field. Everyone is welcome, but please comment below or message us if you plan on coming for a lunch count by Friday, August 25th.

Lunch will be covered by the Watertown Kiwanis Club, but all donations are welcome and go straight back to supporting youth programs in the community. Come learn why !

Thank You Watertown for celebrating Thursday Night Live last night! What an amazing crowd Watertown Kiwanis Club served Wings & Rings to! We had a blast handing our Tshirts and seeing all the families enjoying the Splash Pad. Thank you to the Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce for letting us be part of the fun! We appreciate everyone who supported our club and helped us carry out our mission of improving the world one child and one community at a time!

The Watertown Kiwanis Club had a BLAST volunteering with Watertown SD Police Department at Camp Chance today flying Kiwanis Kites with all the kids! If we’re being honest, some of us had to relearn how to get these babies in the air, but South Dakota wind is reliable and helped us take flight! This was the first time flying a kite for some of these kids, and we loved helping them learn. Beats being in the office, right?!
