The Watertown Police Department is excited to announce that the 11th annual "Teeing off for the Harold Leever Regional Cancer Center" Golf Tournament will be held at Crestbrook Golf Course on October 2nd 2026.
In the past ten years, we have raised over $160,000 for this amazing organization that is located in our neighboring community of Waterbury.
The Harold Lever Regional Cancer Center is a facility dedicated to outpatient treatment and care for all forms of cancer. Medical breakthroughs have provided cancer patients with a second chance of living fulfilling lives with friends and families.
October is known as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease. What better time of the year to show our support for those who have battled cancer or are still fighting.
The Watertown Police Department Charity is a nonprofit organization which is committed to the wellbeing of our community. All donations will go directly to the Harold Leever Regional Cancer Center and are tax deductable. Your generous donation helps a person battling cancer receive world-class treatment and supportive care.
We are currently looking for sponsors for the tournament at various levels, including a primary tournament sponsor. All information for sponsor levels will be on the flyer below.
After the tournament, there will be dinner provided at Sunset Grill which will include hors d'oeuvres, a steak dinner and desserts. During this time, we will host a ticket rattle tor prizes and a 50/50 cash raffle.
I'd like to welcome Ofc. Nick Hernandez who has stepped up as Co-Chair of this event. If you have any questions, would like to donate, or want to be a sponsor, please reach out to Otc. Keeney or Ofc. Hernandez at our emails, [email protected], or [email protected], or at the Police Department phone number provided on the flyer.
We are looking forward to another successful year and appreciate all of the help and donations from our community.
We thank you for your consistent show of support for the Harold Leever Regional Cancer Center and the our event over the last ten years.
