The Watertown Park, Recreation & Forestry Department has been public recreation provider for Watertown area for many years! Watertown features many beautiful parks, including neighborhood & dog parks and sporting complexes. In addition to our wonderful park system, our citizens can also enjoy our Aquatic Center (in Riverside Park) and our Indoor Pool (located in the Riverside Middle School). We tr

Kart Park is a free mobile recreational area for kids to engage in safe physical activity, have fun and build relationships with responsible WPR staff.

Kart Park will appear Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00-3:00pm, starting June 9th at local parks or green spaces!

Come participate in games, crafts, and fun!!

Did you know that new Watertown residents (age 50+) can receive a FREE 2026 Senior Center membership coupon through the Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce? It's a great way to get connected, meet new people, and explore all the programs, activities, and resources available at the Center.

We also want everyone to feel welcome, regardless of financial circumstances. Scholarship funds are available through the Senior & Community Center for individuals who may need assistance with senior membership fees.

The department offers tickets to area attractions at substantial savings off the regular price. These tickets may be purchased in the office Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Attractions include: the Milwaukee Zoo, Noah’s Ark, WI Original Ducks, Mt Olympus, Land of Natura, and Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf.
