I just wanted to share this ๐Ÿฅน

Celiac disease is exhausting in ways people donโ€™t always see. Not just the physical pain, but the constant anxiety before eating anywhere, feeling like a burden asking questions, having to explain yourself to every server, chef, friend, or family member.
Itโ€™s being left out of spontaneous plans, worrying if people think youโ€™re โ€œtoo difficult,โ€ and always having to stay alert while everyone else gets to relax.
Sometimes the hardest part isnโ€™t the food itself, itโ€™s the loneliness and mental weight that comes with it.
Grateful for the people who try to understand, because that kind of kindness means more than they know.

Thank you to everyone who has been accommodating or have thought of me when we have been able to eat out!
