Our annual Women's Leadership Day event was FANTASTIC! We had 18 different businesses/leaders represented today. 2nd-4th graders got to interact with all of them, asking them questions about their education and leadership in the community. This event gives the students such a unique learning opportunity and allows them to build a relationship with women across the Cedar Valley. We are so proud of these incredible women and all the hard work they do for our community. Thank you for making our world a better place! We look forward to next years event!

Our first ever CultureFest was INCREDIBLE! So many famililes came out to support and fun was had by all! We want to say a big thank you to our staff and families who made incredible foods/drinks for everyone to try! A special shout out to the kids who took so much time and effort to reserach about different countries/cultures! We had musical and dance performance as well! This was a true labor of love that came together flawlessly! It was so special to see the students, families, and staff take so much pride in their heritage! There was not an ounce of food left which definitely tells you what a hit this event was!

We have our very first CultureFest TONIGHT! Below is the schedule and what to expect.
Students will complete the country walk with their passports. Food samples will be available in the cafeteria. Please be aware of any allergies you may have. Girls Scouts will be available in the cafeteria for a craft.
Song and Dance Schedule:
Kindergarten: 5:30–5:35
1st Grade: 5:35–5:40
2nd Grade: 5:40–5:45
3rd Grade: 6:00–6:05
4th Grade: 6:05–6:10
5th Grade: 6:10–6:15
Micronesian Dance: 6:15–6:30 PM
Food trucks will be available outside after the presentations.
We can't wait to see you there!
