During the month of April, our Dispatchers completed Pursuit Training on their assigned training days. With that, we were assisted by Cedar Falls Public Safety, Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office - Waterloo, Iowa, Iowa State Patrol, and the Waterloo Police Department. All of our Dispatchers were able to utilize our Training Computer Environment to create mock calls for service for our participating Officers, who called out high-risk Officer-Initiated scenarios throughout.

It is crucial for our Dispatchers to train with real-life scenarios, as it allows them to be better prepared to handle these high risk calls when they come about in real time. By training with these agencies, it also helps us to foster relationships with our responders as well!

We are so thankful that these agencies were willing to assist us!
