May is Mental Health Month. One way to reduce stigma is to normalize conversations about mental health. Listening to a friend or family member in need can help tremendously and referring them to a licensed mental health care provider is another great way to help!

Thanks to Naima and Siyanna for setting up our table in the lunchroom at East High this week to open up conversations about the WYCC and our focus on youth mental health.
