It was a fun last day for 6th grade kiddos. They attended their content classes, had field day, and attended an assembly all before the 2 hour early dismissal. Whew!😍

The Hoover 7th Grade Lighthouse Team volunteered at the Northeast Iowa Food Bank! They helped by taking out weeds and planting new vegetables in the community garden! These different items will be available in the future for families in need!

Hoover Leaders pulled together 3 amazing LIM Habit Assemblies last week! Our student leaders lead students through games, awards, music numbers, and gift card give aways! Seeing so many students recognized and being engaged in these events has been a highlight of the year!

Special thanks to Mrs. Irwin for all the behind the scenes work and coaching up the Student Celebrations team!

Ms. Nelson’s 8th grade Automation and Robotics classes have been busy building amusement park rides using the knowledge they have gained about mechanisms in class. The kids had a lot of fun with this project.
