The Cedar Valley area will be deploying 218 Soldiers today to the Middle East. The ceremony will be held at the new Cedar Falls High School at 6 pm. If you cannot make it there, they will be heading east on Hwy 20. You can show your support by waving flags at them along the way. SAFETY FIRST.

We will be starting to make plans soon to send these Soldiers a Holiday box. You can make a donation online at WlooCommunityFoundation.org or mail a check to this Foundation, PO Box 1253, Waterloo IA 50704.

Iowa's Bravest has sent thousands of boxes in years past. We know our community will support our local troops this time too!
