Rain or Shine, We March On 🌦️

Soldiers assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 133rd Infantry Regiment, recently conquered the notoriously challenging Norwegian Foot March. Despite adverse weather conditions, these Soldiers completed the 18.64-mile course carrying a 25-pound pack in as fast as 3 hours and 17 minutes, demonstrating the resilience and determination that defines our company.

The Norwegian Foot March is a rigorous test of endurance and mental toughness, and our Soldiers proved they're ready for any challenge that comes their way.

This joint training opportunity with EOD professionals enhanced interoperability and reinforced the battalion's ability to operate safely in complex threat environments.

When the weight gets heavy, we get stronger 💪

Soldiers assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 133rd Infantry Regiment, recently competed in a site-wide powerlifting competition across three lifts: deadlift, squat, and bench press. The competition challenged participants to reach combined totals of 500 or 1000 pounds, showcasing the physical fitness and competitive excellence of our formation.

Congratulations to HHC's own CPT Stephen Glynn on placing 3rd overall for the men's group, and SGT Raquel Facciani on placing 2nd for the women's group! Their performance reflects the dedication and professionalism that defines HHC. Well done to all competitors.

We mourn the loss of Sergeants William Nathaniel Howard and Edgar Brian Torres-Tovar, and U.S. civilian interpreter Ayad Sakat. The Soldiers of Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 133rd Infantry Regiment honor their service, sacrifice, and enduring legacy.

We remain steadfast in our mission to advise, assist, and enable partner forces in the defeat of ISIS. Their memory will guide us as we carry forward the vital work to which they dedicated their lives.
