We are very excited to welcome new Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce member, Aubrey Grant Counseling!

Aubrey is a mental health therapist with advanced trauma training who is EMDR trained and IFS Certified. She works with individual adults with symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma and childhood trauma. Many of her clients are leaders, therapists, and healthcare workers. Sessions are collaborative, attuned, and paced with care, honoring your nervous system, emotional and bodily cues, safety, consent, and choice.
