It's National Preparedness Month. Responders don't mind having extra time to plan and train. They are there when you need them, but if you prepare your family and your home, you can help yourself during a disaster and avoid common hazards at home.

Overall, a pretty nice weekend is in store. There will be some clouds and isolated showers around tomorrow, but it will be mostly dry with decreasing humidity. Sunday is the winner featuring mostly sunny skies, low humidity and highs on either side of 70.
