Good morning, RSU 57 Community!
Better late than never! May flew right by us, but we couldn't skip celebrating these incredible Mustangs.
It is with great excitement and pride that we announce the recipients of the Model Mustang Staff Award for the month of May! This award is a tribute to those outstanding individuals who embody the qualities of a true “Model Mustang”; they inspire, lead, foster positivity, persevere, and excel in all that they do.
Each Model Mustang was nominated by colleagues who took the time to acknowledge and celebrate their coworkers’ exceptional contributions to our district. Their hard work and commitment have not gone unnoticed, and we are grateful for the positive impact they have within RSU 57!
May's raffle winner is Griffin Henderson, Social Studies Teacher at Massabesic High School:
"Griffin has consistently been a great teacher, but this year he has really kicked it up a notch. Taking on a new class, completely transforming it, and bringing his usual high level of enthusiasm has highlighted his passion for improving the lives of his students. He is tireless, hard-working, and continually seeks to do better. He forms lasting bonds with his students and they look to him as someone they can talk to when needed. He is an invaluable resource to his department and this school."

As May wraps up our Model Mustang awards for the school year, we want to take a moment to look back at the incredible culture of appreciation you've built. This year alone, an amazing 369 recognitions were made by peers across the district, celebrating our staff and crowning 9 lucky raffle winners! Thank you to everyone who took the time to uplift a colleague this year.
