Weather your new to or a Veteran of Alaska there are many things you can do to prepare for the winter months to come.

-Disconnect your hoses from your exterior hose bibs.
-If you have any plumbing or heating pipes that are exposed to the elements (Artic Entrance, Attic or Crawl Space) insulate them to help prevent freeze ups.
-We recommend you have your heating system/ appliance serviced annually. (Give us a call to schedule an appointment)
-Change your filters every 90 days and make sure your vents are clean and free of obstructions.
-Make sure your smoke alarms and CO2 detectors are working. Most house fires happen in the fall and winter months according to the American Red Cross.
