A 6-Month Guided Healing Series
Grief is not something to “move on” from—it’s something we learn to carry, understand, and gently integrate into our lives. Holding Space is a supportive, therapist-led grief circle designed for those navigating loss and longing in a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment.
This 6-month series offers a consistent space to slow down, be witnessed, and process your experience alongside others who understand. Whether your loss is recent or years old, you are welcome here.
What to Expect
Over the course of six months, participants will engage in a thoughtfully structured yet flexible process that includes:
• Guided discussions around the many layers of grief
• Emotional processing and reflection
• Gentle coping and grounding practices
• Connection and shared experience with others
• Space for both speaking and quiet presence
Each session builds on the last, allowing for deeper trust, insight, and healing over time.
Who This Is For
This group is for adults experiencing grief related to:
• Loss of a loved one
• Anticipatory grief (such as with dementia or chronic illness)
• Complicated or unresolved grief
• Life transitions and other meaningful losses
Commitment
Because safety and connection are essential to this work, registration is for the full 6-month series. This allows the group to develop trust and continuity, creating a more meaningful and supportive experience for all participants.
The Intention
This is not about fixing grief—it’s about making space for it.
Together, we create room for your story, your emotions, and your healing—at your own pace.
