Please join me in congratulating MG Dwayne Wilson on his selection to serve as the Georgia National Guard’s 44th Adjutant General, and COL Jason Fryman on his selection to serve as the Commanding General of the Georgia Army National Guard. MG Wilson and COL (P) Fryman are accomplished leaders and will ensure that the Georgia National Guard remains ready, capable, and relevant.
We will conduct a change of command ceremony on May 4, 2024, at 1000 hrs. in Hangar 1. More details will follow on these transitions.
I am proud of and for both leaders and their families. Serving with each of you has been the honor of a lifetime. I am proud of what we have accomplished together, and I am excited about the future of the Georgia National Guard because I am confident that the best is yet to come!
