Eagle’s Wings would like to thank Johnnie O’Neal and Nutrien for another great golf tournament this weekend benefiting Eagle’sWings! 25 teams of golfers had a beautiful day at Cypress Landing. They brought over 200 pounds of food in addition to supporting us! If you know anyone who works at Nutrien, please thank them for their support.

We tragically lost a former staff member. Daniel will always be in our hearts.

Daniel Sanders Long, age 31, a resident of Blounts Creek died Thursday, May 14, 2026, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A graveside funeral service will be held at 1100 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at the Long Family Cemetery located at 771 Tuten Road

In March, we were able to assist 520 households and a total of 1,097 individuals in Beaufort County.

We lost a wonderful longtime volunteer, but heaven gained a new resident

Linwood Ray Peede passed in the early morning on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 in Greenville, NC. He was 82 years old, but you would never know it watching him walk and play 18 holes of golf. Born in Winterville, NC, he spent most of childhood and adult life in Raleigh

Pantry hours are as usual: 9am-11pm and 2-4pm.
