Gibbs has hats for sale! Super sharp hats with "Gibbs Library, Washington, Maine 1993" embroidered on the front. How cool would you be with one of these hats on your head? Super dapper stylin' cool! Hats are $20/cash or check. Gibbs Library--it's a great community library AND a fashion statement! (Hats come in brown, blue, yellow, green, or maroon. All one size.)

Gibbs is excited to welcome children's author Tamra Wight to the library, Saturday, September 12th at 10am in the Bryant Room. This event closes our summer reading program (Plant a Seed, Read!). Be sure to get your reading challenge sheets in for your prize tickets. The drawings will happen at this event. (Get you tickets in between now and before the library closes at noon on Thursday, September 10th.) There will also be door prizes at the event with Tamra. See you there! 📚😎⛱️🌞🫎🌻📖
