Immigrants' List

Immigrants' List Immigrants’ List is dedicated to reforming our broken immigration system, stopping anti-immigrant policies, and electing pro-reform candidates to office.

We believe that immigration is a fundamental part of America's heritage, is essential to the growth and prosperity of the nation, and is an integral part of its social, economic, and political life.

The Trump administration has eliminated overtime pay limits, pushed ICE officers to work seven-day weeks, and tied performance bonuses to arrests—all to meet unrealistic deportation quotas. In doing so, it is rewarding arrests with massive paychecks and bonuses while communities are disrupted and families are torn apart—all funded by taxpayer dollars. Join Immigrants' List to fight against the Trump administration's anti-immigrant agenda and demand greater oversight of ICE agents' salaries and the policies that reward mass deportation.

Two immigrants were fatally shot by ICE in just one week. Lorenzo Salgado Araujo and Joan Sebastian Durán Guerrero were fathers, husbands, workers, and members of their communities whose lives were tragically cut short.
With the deaths of Araujo and Guerrero, ICE agents have now shot and killed 10 innocent people, and more than 50 people have died in ICE detention since Trump took office for his second term.
They aren’t going after criminals—they are going after immigrants, regardless of immigration status. Rogue ICE agents who roam our streets kidnapping, terrorizing, and killing our neighbors must be fully investigated and prosecuted when they break the law. This must stop.

Public safety funding should strengthen communities—not be used to advance a political agenda. By conditioning $1 billion in federal public safety grants on cooperation with ICE, the Trump administration is once again leveraging its power to expand its mass deportation agenda. The Trump DOJ is rewarding cities that align with its anti-immigrant policies while signaling that Democratic-led cities need not even apply, putting politics ahead of the safety and well-being of communities across the country.

Immigrant physicians are not just part of America's healthcare workforce—they are essential to it. As the Trump administration continues its immigration crackdown, it is putting not only the futures of legal immigrants at risk, but also the health of countless Americans who rely on them for care. Join Immigrants List as we continue to organize, advocate, and speak out against policies that threaten immigrant communities and the essential healthcare services they provide.

Delaney Hall has become a symbol of the Trump administration's cruel immigration crackdown. What was once intended to be a low-security halfway house has been transformed into a detention center where immigrants have reported deplorable conditions and a lack of transparency. Is this the legacy Geraldine Delaney envisioned for the facility that bears her name? Her own family says no—and they're calling for an investigation, accountability, and the closure of Delaney Hall. Join Immigrant’s List in demanding accountability.

At a time when detention populations continue to rise and oversight remains inadequate, advocacy and legal intervention are more critical than ever. Together, we need to continue to challenge the conditions that allow these tragedies to occur and work toward an immigration system that respects the humanity of every individual.

Immigrants’ List celebrates the Supreme Court’s decision to uphold birthright citizenship, reaffirming the long-standing interpretation of the 14th Amendment and ensuring that all children born on U.S. soil remain U.S. citizens, regardless of their parents’ immigration status. By upholding birthright citizenship, the Court reinforces a core principle of American democracy and affirms that citizenship cannot be undermined by shifting political agendas. However, we cannot help but recognize that this decision was opposed by four members of the Court who were willing to wash away the clear language of the 14th amendment that had not be challenged for almost a century.

This decision marks a monumental moment just days before the 250th anniversary of our nation; one built by generations of immigrants.

The Supreme Court's decision to allow the Trump administration to end TPS for Haitians and Syrians threatens the lives and futures of approximately 1.3 million immigrants. Haiti and Syria remain unsafe due to ongoing violence, humanitarian crises, and instability, making deportation both dangerous and unjustified. TPS exists to protect people who cannot safely return home—not to send them back into harm's way. Congress must act now to extend TPS and protect immigrant families.
