The National Association for County Community and Economic Development (NACCED) is a national nonprofit organization primarily composed of county government agencies that administer community and economic development, and affordable housing programs. NACCED was established as an affiliate of the National Association of Counties (NACo) to assist in developing the technical capacity of county agencies to administer these programs.
