Interstate Technology Regulatory Council ITRC is a state-led non-profit dedicated to developing solutions for environmental challenges.

We bring together government, industry, academia, & the public to broaden technical knowledge, expedite informed decision-making, & accelerate progress. ITRC is a public-private coalition working to reduce barriers to the use of innovative environmental technologies that reduce compliance costs and maximize cleanup efficacy. ITRC produces documents and training that broaden and deepen technical kn

owledge and expedite quality regulatory decision making while protecting human health and the environment. ITRC achieves its mission through its technical teams, which are composed of environmental professionals, including state and federal environmental regulators, federal agency representatives, industry experts, community stakeholders, and academia. Since 1995, ITRC has published hundreds of documents and reached tens of thousands of participants through training courses on hundreds of topics. With private and public sector members from all 50 states and the District of Columbia, ITRC truly provides a national perspective. Overseen by The Environmental Research Institute of the States (ERIS) and the The Environmental Council of the States (ECOS).

The Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council (ITRC) is a state-led coalition working to reduce barriers to the use of innovative air, water, waste, and remediation environmental technologies and processes. ITRC produces documents and training that broaden and deepen technical knowledge and expedite quality regulatory decision making while protecting human health and the environment.With public and private sector members from all 50 states and the District of Columbia, ITRC truly provides a national perspective. ITRC is overseen by the Environmental Research Institute of the States (ERIS) and the the Environmental Council of the States (ECOS).
