DMV MEDICAL COURIER COMPANY NEEDED

BrownDocs Solutions Group is seeking a qualified courier company to cover Route C—the Southern Route—beginning September 30, 2026.

The recurring Monday–Friday route serves Bethesda, Fairfax, Dumfries, Fort Myer and Fort Belvoir. Two dependable couriers are required, along with backup coverage. The selected company must also supply 30–35 pounds of dry ice to Fort Myer every Tuesday and Thursday.

Qualified companies should have commercial insurance, suitable vehicles, base-access capability, 49 CFR HAZMAT-trained drivers and medical-specimen handling experience.

This is a subcontracting opportunity for an established business—not an individual-driver position.

Job Description – Business Model & PMOS Integration Consultant
Position Title: Business Model & PMOS Integration Consultant
Must have proven record and past performances of the below:
• Industry Expert – Defines financial, operational, and partnership structures; assesses revenue streams; provides sector-specific advice on embedding PSS in education systems.
Location: Remote with potential travel to HQ/field locations
Duration: September – October 2025 (approx. 25 working days)
Reports To: Transformed Vision PMOS Lead / Steering Group

About the Assignment
Transformed Vision, through its Program Management Outsourcing (PMOS) Framework, is supporting a non-profit, independent humanitarian organization in designing a sustainable and scalable business model for a global education and wellbeing initiative.
The consultant will combine business model design expertise with structured project governance practices (via PMOS) to ensure transparency, sustainability, and donor confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Model Development
• Assess demand, potential users/partners, and market appetite for the initiative.
• Develop and compare three business model options: organization-led expansion, shared consortium governance, and independent entity/spin-off.
• Define value propositions, revenue streams, and cost structures.
• Recommend the most viable model and produce a sustainability roadmap.
Governance & Oversight (aligned to PMOS)
• Lead stakeholder engagement with leadership, donors, and partners.
• Standardize communications (dashboards, reports, donor updates).
• Maintain a RAID log and implement risk management practices.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
• Set up project tracking tools, KPIs, and monitoring frameworks.
• Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements for future governance.
Deliverables
• Inception report with methodology, workplan, and stakeholder mapping.
• Draft business model options with financial and risk analysis.
• Final business model report (25–30 pages) with recommendations.
• Executive presentation for leadership and donors.
• Donor briefing note (external-facing summary).

Qualifications & Experience
• 8+ years of experience developing business models for NGOs, social enterprises, or humanitarian organizations.
• 7+ years in market analysis, innovation, or enterprise development.
• Strong knowledge of psychosocial support (PSS) and education in emergencies (EiE).
• Demonstrated experience applying project governance frameworks (RAID, compliance, change control, reporting).
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, donor relations, and user testing.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinker with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to produce clear reports and executive-level presentations.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset.

What Success Looks Like
• A donor-ready, actionable business model is delivered for the initiative.
• Governance oversight (risk, compliance, reporting, stakeholder engagement) is embedded.
• Donors and partners see strengthened sustainability, transparency, and local ownership.
• The initiative is positioned for a successful 2026 launch with a robust management framework
