Cook Inlet Housing Authority transformed a historically blighted neighborhood with a $51M renewal, using HUD funding and tax credits to build nearly 150 affordable rental homes.

TOKA of Arizona receives the Supporting Native Youth Award for a historic first: on-reservation housing dedicated to foster youth.

The secure campus serves up to 45 Native youth, protecting family stability and cultural connection inside the Tribal community.
