🌸Mothers often serve as the cornerstones of their communities, the support systems for their families, and the sunshine that brightens our days ☀️❤️. However, even mothers need someone to lean on! At Martha's Table, we are proud to provide a safe space and support for mothers when they need it 🤗. And this Mother's Day, we are excited to announce that a second cohort has been opened, allowing 100 mothers to participate! 🎉

Through our Baby and Me program, we offer:
- Wellness support
- Hands-on education
- Access to healthy food
- Community connections, and more for our participants.

Who can join?
- Expectant mothers and caregivers up to three months postpartum
- Those who reside in Ward 8 are welcome to join the Baby & Me community.

Please spread the word and share this with a mother you know so she can receive the loving community and support she deserves 💞.
