Uroczyste wręczenie certyfikatów odbyło się w reprezentacyjnej Auli Collegium Novum Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego, miejscu wyjątkowym, dostojnym i nierozerwalnie związanym z akademicką tradycją Krakowa.

Paweł Laidler, Prorektor UJ ds. dydaktyki, a także Prof. Leah Wortham, Professor Emerita and Director of CSL-JU Alumni and External Relations, Luke Darby Bartosik, LL.M., Managing Director of CUA-JU Law Programs, oraz Jagoda Szpak, UJ Coordinator of ALP & IBTSLP.

Thank you for being part of this year’s edition!

🇺🇸 Another IBTSLP evening, this time at Smakołyki.

After a day of classes and exploring Kraków, our students gathered for a true pierogi feast, with good food and long conversations. That’s exactly what makes people feel at home very quickly.

IBTSLP łączy intensywną naukę z doświadczeniem poznawania innych krajów, kultur i perspektyw.

This time, our participants explored Kraków with Jagoda, visiting the famous Cloth Hall, Kanonicza Street the oldest street in Krakow, Wawel castle and one of the oldest bookstores in Europe.

It was a great chance to learn more about Kraków, its history and atmosphere, while getting to know each other better outside the classroom.

🇺🇸 IBTSLP has officially begun.

For the next few weeks, Kraków becomes a meeting point for students from different countries who will study international business and trade law, take part in classes taught in English, and experience the program far beyond the classroom.

A trip to the mountains, plenty of integration, new friendships, and time spent together are all part of the program.

🇺🇸 We have officially begun.
The Welcome Dinner at Gościnna Chata opened this year’s IBTSLP with exactly the kind of energy that defines the program from the very first evening.

🤝 Over 40 IBTSLP students gathered around the table to meet one another, start conversations, and enter the atmosphere of the days ahead - full of classes, discussions, international perspectives, and shared experiences in Kraków.

🎓 We were also honored to be joined by Prof. Leah Wortham, Professor Emerita and Director of CSL-JU Alumni and External Relations, Prof. Christopher S. Ross, Clinical Assistant Professor of Law, Faculty Director of the LL.M. in American Law, and Director of the International Business and Trade Summer Law Program, Luke Darby Bartosik, LL.M., Managing Director of CUA-JU Law Programs, and Rita Tomala from the CUA-JU Law Programs team.

🍽️ It was more than just a dinner. It was the first moment when names became faces, strangers became colleagues, and the program began to feel like a community.

🚀 IBTSLP has started - and this is only the beginning.

Stay tuned.
