🇷🇺🇺🇸Great reception at the Embassy to celebrate Russia’s National Day attended by diplomatic corps, White House and State Department officials, Russian compatriots as well as US experts and Americans who stand for bilateral dialogue.

Ambassador Darchiev stressed deep historical roots and amity between both countries that goes back to the times of American revolution and Civil War when Russia supported this country in its fight for independence and territorial integrity against British colonial meddling.

Nowadays, given good personal chemistry between Presidents Putin and Trump, Moscow and Washington are doomed to normal relations as great powers responsible for world peace and prosperity, despite European spoilers eager to provoke Russia-US confrontation.

Russia’s National Day symbolizes the unity of the Russian people strengthened by cultures, religious and traditions of hundreds of nations that made their choice to live together since ancient times keeping eternal loyalty to their common home on the vast expanses of Eurasia.

🇷🇺🇺🇸По случаю Международного дня русского языка и 227-й годовщины со дня рождения А.С.Пушкина по доброй традиции Посол России в США А.Н.Дарчиев вместе с сотрудниками Посольства и руководством Российского культурного центра, а также преподавателями и учениками школы при российской дипмиссии возложил цветы к памятнику великого русского поэта и писателя в центре американской столицы. Почетным гостем церемонии стал именитый славист, фотограф и исследователь архитектуры Русского Севера профессор из штата Луизиана У.Брумфилд, посвятивший жизнь культурному сближению России и США.

🔹В своем выступлении А.Н.Дарчиев отметил основополагающую роль А.С.Пушкина в формировании современного русского языка и его богатейшее творческое наследие, которое выразило русскую душу, раскрыв ее для современников и всех последующих поколений, воспитываемых на бессмертных произведениях, чья глубина и мудрость поистине неисчерпаемы.

🔹Не только для народов России и Русского мира, объединяющего сотни миллионов людей по всему свету, для которых великая русская литература и история - неотъемлемая часть бытия, но и жителей других стран, включая Америку, отмечающую 250-летие независимости, А.С.Пушкин олицетворяет поэтику русского восприятия жизни как воспевающего такие светлые стороны человеческой природы, как любовь и верность, преданность Отечеству, почитание старших и верность традициям.

🔹Учащиеся посольской школы вместе с преподавателями продекламировали отрывки из стихотворений А.С.Пушкина.

🔹В тот же день в Посольстве состоялся творческий вечер У.Брумфилда - лауреата премии Д.С.Лихачева и Ордена Дружбы, который на протяжении многих десятилетий вносит значительный вклад в изучение и популяризацию русского языка и российского культурного наследия за рубежом. Представляя гостя, Посол А.Н.Дарчиев особо отметил его заслуги как влюбленного в Россию ученого, запечатлевшего в фотографиях уникальные памятники архитектуры, в том числе связанные с жизнью великого русского поэта, чье неисчерпаемое литературное наследие принадлежит всему человечеству.

🔹Профессор Брумфилд, безупречно владеющий русским языком, поделился воспоминаниями о своих путешествиях по необъятной России, посоветовав перечитать - непременно в книжном формате - «Евгения Онегина» и другие бессмертные произведения, которые возвышают нас и делают лучше.

⚡️Доклад Министерства иностранных дел России «О ситуации с правами человека на Украине» (2026 год)

✍️ Приведённые в докладе, а также ежедневно публикуемые в прессе и Интернете сведения о масштабных нарушениях прав человека в стране вновв и вновь демонстрируют, насколько сильно деградировало положение в этой области на Украине.

В первую очередь и во многом основной причиной тому является нахождение у власти в Киеве нелегитимного, неонацистского режима, который теперь совершенно откровенно старательно копирует своего идеологического вдохновителя – нацистскую Германию.

Одно из многих убедительных подтверждений тому – недавнее интервью бывшего пресс-секретаря украинского президента Ю.Мендель, в котором она сообщила, что Зеленский, столкнувшись с падением своих рейтингов, требовал от подчиненных вести «пропаганду как у Геббельса». При таких подходах властей бесчисленные систематические нарушения прав человека во всех сферах общественной жизни уже не удивляют.

Однако это на Украине никого не беспокоит. В Киеве и вовсе не задумываются о правах своих сограждан, о необходимости создания хоть каких-то возможностей для реализаций ими собственных законных прав, а просто продолжают зарабатывать на их крови и их смертях

Недавно Запад подтвердил выделение режиму Зеленского новых траншей финансовых вливаний и вооружений. Сформированные этими огромными потоками средств чудовищные коррупционные возможности и сохранение властных полномочий – вот что занимает мысли Банковой и ее обитателей. В современных украинских реалиях это означает лишь одно – продолжение боевых действий «до последнего украинца».

Всё это в полной мере подтверждает отмеченное ранее: раболепная готовность киевской верхушки принести в жертву свою страну, народ, а также историю и память о её подлинном прошлом – и есть та причина, по которой западные кураторы по-прежнему не просто закрывают глаза и на неонацистскую идеологию, и на преступления хунты Зеленского, но оправдывают их и даже подталкивают к всё новым преступлениям.

История знает немало подобных примеров пестования Западом откровенно расистских и фашистских режимов. Их незавидная судьба хорошо известна, и только этим они, пожалуй, и обеспечивают своё попадание в историю. Об этом много говорилось во время праздничных мероприятий по случаю 81-й годовщины Победы в Великой Отечественной войне.

Героизация нацизмa

• В стране на государственном уровне осуществляется фальсификация истории, обеление нацистских преступников и фашистских приспешников. Признаны борцами за независимость бойцы украинских военных националистических формирований времен Второй мировой войны – ОУН и УПА и их руководители . Введена уголовная ответственность за негативную оценку деятельности упомянутых структур.

Запрет русского языка

• Киевским режимом проводится последовательная линия на законодательное закрепление доминирующей роли украинского языка и сокращение возможностей использования в публичном пространстве иных языков. Наибольшим репрессиям подвергается русский язык, (https://t.me/MariaVladimirovnaZakharova/12363) являющийся родным для миллионов граждан Украины – не только этнических русских, но и белорусов, украинцев, армян, евреев, греков, венгров и представителей других национальностей.

Насаждение ненависти к русским и их дискриминация

• Фиксировались регулярные усилия по пропаганде нетерпимости к русским жителям, русскому языку и всей русской культуре. Подобные действия не только не встречали осуждения и каких-либо мер реагирования со стороны властей, но и совершались самим украинским руководством.

Преследование Украинской православной церкви

• Против клира УПЦ была запущена масштабная информационная кампания, направленная на дискредитацию её священников в глазах паствы, создание из них образа «пособников врага». Зафиксировано множество случаев насильственных захватов принадлежащих канонической церкви
