Russophobic instinct underlying the late Senator Graham’s bill approved by the House on September 16th (and earlier by the Senate) makes a grand disservice to the current Administration’s efforts to Make America Great Again.

Destabilizing energy markets by blocking Russian oil and gas trade as Mideast supply is dramatically cut is an invitation to ever-higher prices at the pump close to midterm November elections. Big quarrel with Russia and China, while being geopolitically a lose-lose situation, only plays into the hands of Euro-Atlantic warmongers so eager to get Moscow, Beijing and Washington at loggerheads.

This is something to ponder by those who applaud Senator Graham’s legacy.

💬 Vladimir Putin: Friends, citizens of Russia,

I consider it important to address you now, when our big country is going through a significant and largely definitive election campaign.

In strict compliance with law and within the specified timeframe, we are electing members of the State Duma, legislative assemblies, governors of several regions, and members of municipal bodies.

This extensive election campaign is taking place as we continue the special military operation. Residents of Donbass and Novorossiya will be voting for State Duma deputies for the first time since their reunification with Russia.

I firmly believe that our soldiers and officers involved in this challenging work at the frontline will be among active voters. Their courage and loyalty to the Fatherland are exemplary for the entire nation.

We know what Russia is fighting for and what the duty of every citizen is. Our heroes are forging victory on the battlefield. Everybody who is honestly working for the benefit of the country – and understand their responsibility for its future – are bringing this victory closer. Participation in the upcoming vote that is taking place during the Year of the Unity of the Peoples of Russia is also a responsibility and contribution to the country’s strength.

❗️ Your choice and determination will show once again that millions of people are backing our fighters and that we stand together, united by shared values, our historical memory, love for our Motherland, and that nobody can divide or intimidate us, undermine our statehood, our public and political system.

Every vote matters. You and your personal choice will directly determine what political forces will represent people’s interests in the federal parliament, in the regions and in local governance.

I am certain that, with your support and trust, the most deserving and competent candidates, the true patriots of Russia will come out as winners. Those will be candidates who will not let you down and who have proved their loyalty to the Motherland and their readiness to serve our nation and protect our country from any threats.

🇷🇺🇺🇸 As Americans mourn for thousands of innocent victims of 9/11 that happened 25 years ago, Russia shares the grief and sorrow of this nation, having herself experienced hideous attacks by international terrorism which is a common threat that can only be eradicated through joint efforts.

It is highly symbolic that right after 9/11 attack it was President Vladimir Putin who first called then-President George W. Bush with words of sympathy and offers of help. At that time our countries cooperated successfully in confronting the evil of terrorism, although later developments, including NATO expansion, overshadowed that positive promise.

Now it is high time for Russia and the US to work together in a new geopolitical environment, not allowing the globalist elites to provoke a new round of Russian-American confrontation.

🔹 Для проведения голосования образован избирательный участок № 8388 в Посольстве Российской Федерации в Соединенных Штатах Америки, который расположен по адресу: 2645, Tunlaw Rd, Washington, DC, 20007.

🔹 Принять участие в голосовании могут граждане Российской Федерации, достигшие ко дню голосования 18-летнего возраста и обладающие активным избирательным правом. Для этого необходимо лично прибыть на избирательный участок и предъявить действительный заграничный паспорт гражданина Российской Федерации.

День голосования: 20 сентября 2026 года (воскресенье).

Время работы избирательного участка: с 08:00 до 20:00.

Предварительная регистрация для участия в голосовании не требуется.
