Taking place every spring at a prestigious location in Washington, D.C., the Diplomatic Ball is one of the most highly-anticipated events of the year. The Diplomatic Ball has recently been held in venues such as the Embassy of the Russian Federation, the Embassy of the Republic of France, the Old Postal Pavilion, and the National Building Museum. Inaugurated in 1925, the Diplomatic Ball has been k

nown at various times as the Diplomat’s Ball and the Ball of Nations, but its purpose has always been to bring together individuals passionate about international affairs.

THE PARTY’S ALMOST STARTED! Pick up your Dip Ball wristband in the ICC Galleria next Tuesday through Thursday! More information is in your email, and below.

☄️ All guests redeeming a 21+ wristband must present photo ID at pickup. You may not pick up another attendee’s wristband on their behalf.

🚀 If an attendee is unable to pick up their wristband this week, it can be collected onsite during the event. However, this may entail an extra wait in line—so don’t wait!

🛸 Georgetown students must present their GOCard. All non-Georgetown affiliated guests must present photo ID.

HELLOOOO HOYAS. Looking for a cute Georgetown baby tee ahead of Georgetown day? Want a cool space-themed shirt or tote to remember the Dip Ball by? Boy do we have the sale for you! ☄️

All proceeds from this sale will go towards funding free student shuttles to and from the event 🚀 In other words, you can save a little money on an Uber, and get a tee or tote for your trouble!

Shirts will be available this Friday, 10:30am to 1pm in Red Square. Don’t wait! Quantities are limited.

🛸 Tickets sell out in minutes, so don’t wait! Each student can only purchase two (2) tickets at once.
