ArtRave, now in its 19th year, has had an incredible start this season, with approximately 30,000 attendees at our first four shows. In addition to showcasing fine arts, sculptures, and specialty handmade crafts, we plan to dedicate a portion of the venue to rotating themes. For example, we would like to host a home improvement show, an outdoor garden show, and a gadget show! These are proven to attract thousands of shoppers!

Our venue in Dupont Circle is ideally located to accommodate these high-profile events. ArtRave takes great care in selecting artisans who meet our high standards, which is evident from the images of our past shows showcasing real-time crowds. We also provide mentorship to our artisans to help them enhance their presentations. This commitment to excellence is why ArtRave, now in its 19th season, is recognized as one of the top and most consistent venues in the area, located in Dupont Circle, the heart of Washington, D.C.

We are constantly evolving and are excited to announce that we will be adding a new section dedicated to home gardening and home improvement, alongside our regular lineup of artists, sculptors, jewelry makers, fashion designers, beauty experts, authors, woodcraft artisans, table makers, collectibles, stationery, and unique finds! We are seeking artisans who will enhance the ArtRave story.

We operate every other Saturday, with the next scheduled show on May 30th, coinciding with the start of Memorial Day weekend. We are now accepting applications for our special September show, Art All Night, as well as our well-known signature Christmas series, which takes place on the first three Saturdays in December and attracts thousands of attendees.

When viewing these images, one might assume they come from a single show, but that is not the case. The pictures you see reflect the results from the first three shows of ArtRave! We are proud to be recognized as one of the most consistent venues out there. Given our results so far, we believe that reputation is well-deserved. ArtRave takes great pride in curating the right artisans across all artistic disciplines. Now entering our 19th year, we have a few openings for the shows on May 6th and 30th. Although the weather did affect our crowd size, approximately 1,500 people still showed up! Just think about it—if we had chosen to cancel the event, those who came and found the venue empty might not return. Decisions like these are what set us apart as a premier artisan venue.

ArtRave's second show on April 25th was truly a test of our resolve. As George Costanza from Seinfeld famously said, “The seas were rough, my friend.” In our case, we faced a forecast of all-day rain and chilly temperatures. This is where ArtRave's years of invaluable experience came into play. We anticipated that any rain would likely arrive at the end of the day, and thankfully, that’s how it turned out! While it was raw and unpleasant, the rain didn’t start until later.

Just think about it—if we had chosen to cancel the event, those who came and found the venue empty might not return. Decisions like these are what set us apart as a premier artisan venue. Worth mentioning, our artisans made sales throughout the day.

Although we are essentially sold out again, we have the capacity to add 3 to 4 more artisans if it makes sense. This could include a woodworker or table maker, a book author, an additional men's or women's apparel designer, and several more fine artists. Our regular shows, held every other Saturday, will resume starting on May 16th.
